As a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the team's business development activities across the Asia region. You'll work closely with BD Specialists on various initiatives, ensuring that all web and print marketing content is regularly updated. Your responsibilities will also include collecting and maintaining key data for use in marketing materials. Additionally, you'll be tasked with drafting responses to RFPs and creating customised pitches and presentations. A significant part of your role will involve coordinating client events from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic international law firm.
Supporting business development activities for the Asia region
Working collaboratively with the BD Specialists on regional initiatives
Coordinating regular updates of web and print marketing content
Collecting and maintaining representative matters, deals lists, client and industry lists for use in marketing materials
Drafting responses to RFPs, customized pitches and business development presentations
Coordinating client events including budget tracking, drafting/mailing invitations, internal/external advertising, attending the event, measuring ROI and ensuring participant follow up
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Business Development and Marketing Coordinator role will bring a wealth of experience from a professional services environment. You will have proven coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your excellent written communication skills will be put to good use when drafting RFP responses and pitches. Experience in managing both web and print marketing content is essential. You'll be comfortable working within a team environment and have previous experience in event coordination including budget tracking and ROI measurement.
