​Our client is seeking a Cloud Architect (Pre-Sales), an expert in designing and demonstrating Managed Services solutions across all technology domains. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales staff by assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.

  • Design complex managed service solutions to meet client requirements

  • Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products

  • Test and validate new designs features and delivery models or recommend improving existing service offers

What you'll do:

As a Cloud Architect (Pre-Sales), you will play a crucial role in designing complex managed service solutions that meet our clients' unique requirements. You will work closely with their sales team, conducting presentations and product demonstrations while also overseeing the installation and maintenance of our products. Your expertise will be vital in designing our Managed Service offerings, collaborating with our platform delivery team to ensure seamless integration. You will also be responsible for testing and validating new design features and delivery models, as well as recommending improvements to existing services. Your role will involve working with various internal teams and partners to ensure the supportability of our service design deliverables.

  • Design relatively complex managed service solutions to meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design across multiple domains

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products

  • Design the Managed Service offering, interfacing with the platform delivery team

  • Test and validate new designs features and delivery models or recommend improving existing service offers that are being taken to market

  • Responsible for the service design deliverables of the solution, working with internal teams and partners to ensure supportability

  • Support the validation processes by obtaining sign-off from technical, service, and costing stakeholders

You are comfortable working with costing models in partnership with sales and finance stakeholders. Your proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services sets you apart from others. You have the ability to communicate potential improvements and value of our solutions to all levels of stakeholders; including C-suite decision-makers. Your ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution; especially in a matrixed organisation is highly valued. Lastly, your up-to-date knowledge on emerging trends in technology will be crucial for this role.

  • Working knowledge of Managed Services service and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models

  • Comfortable working with costing models in partnership with sales and finance stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Application or Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services

  • Strong experience in a SI environment

  • Ability to communicate potential improvements and value of our solutions to all levels of stakeholders; including C-suite decision-makers

  • Ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution; especially in a matrixed organisation

  • Up-to-date knowledge on emerging trends in technology
