What you'll do:
As the Head of IT (Digital Transformation), you will play a central role in shaping the company's technological landscape. Your role involves:
Leading a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, including identifying and implementing key technologies like CRM, a modern warehouse/inventory system, and a full suite of Microsoft 365 applications to automate processes and improve efficiencies across the organization.
Leveraging the existing AWS foundation to ensure scalability and implement solutions that streamline operations globally, starting from Singapore.
Fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking IT environment that embraces new technologies and continuous improvement.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including working closely with leadership, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with overall business goals.
Overseeing 1 systems engineer – this is not a role focused on people management. In future, if there is a need to hire more people, you will have the autonomy to do so.
What you bring:
At least 8 years of experience in such a role, within the IT transformation or digital transformation space.
Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic IT plans that drive measurable business value.
Experience with AWS cloud
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and best practices for IT service management.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and a passion for leveraging technology to automate processes and improve efficiencies.
Proven track record of vendor sourcing and IT budget planning.
