Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading project execution with various stakeholders and vendors while ensuring timely delivery. You will collect, analyse, and formalise business requirements and processes while also managing the project scope for successful implementation. Your expertise in developing test plans, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conducting post-production regression testing will be crucial to this role. Additionally, you will provide technical support during and after project implementation while creating comprehensive functional and technical specifications. * Lead project execution with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and managing user requests. * Collect, analyse, and formalise business requirements and processes. * Assess feasibility and manage project scope for successful implementation. * Develop test plans and scenarios, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conduct post-production regression testing. * Provide technical support during and after project implementation, create comprehensive functional and technical specifications, and prepare bid documents. * Conduct technical assessments, offer product recommendations to meet business needs, and ensure effective post-production maintenance support.

The ideal candidate for the Information Technology Business Analyst position brings a wealth of IT experience to the table. With 2-4 years of experience under your belt, you're well-versed in programming languages like .NET/Java and SQL. Your familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) allows you to navigate through projects seamlessly. Your strong analytical skills coupled with your ability to conceptualise solutions make you an excellent problem solver. Furthermore, your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

  • 2-4 years of IT experience is essential.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as .NET/Java, SQL is highly desirable.
