About the Junior Digital Marketing Manager Role:
Based in Singapore, this company is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join the team and support its efforts in growing the various brands. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Team Lead, the Junior Digital Marketing Manager will be tasked to plan and execute digital marketing strategies in Asia markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of brand building and e-commerce campaigns across Asia markets
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support plans, aligning on campaign details including promotion mechanics, sales event calendar, stock availability, etc.
Collaborate with the brand team to ensure the consistency and accuracy of communication messages across all channels
Work with media partners and agencies to implement planned campaigns, ensure campaign timelines are on track and outputs are in line with the provided brief and brand guidelines
Craft social media post captions and set up the campaigns in ad manager
Assist in managing the advertising budget, tracking expenses, and optimising spending
Closely monitor campaign effectiveness with measures of ROIs and compile and consolidate reports for evaluation and record
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to address audiences’ inquiries or concerns
Develop effective email content including newsletter and promotions to engage our existing customers and nurture leads
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and market trends and monitor competitor campaigns.
Manage all other ad hoc duties assigned by Digital Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing
To succeed in this Junior Digital Marketing Manager role, you will need to demonstrate good team player attribute with strong communication, organisational and time management skills, and is invigorated to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with two to three years of digital marketing experience in FMCG industry or with a media agency
Ability to multitask, with strong organisational and time management skills
Strong and responsible team player, able to work independently and invigorated to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, willing to learn with a can-do attitude
Experienced with online marketing and analytics tools e.g. Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and one additional language e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia
Knowledge of AI tools is a plus
