Key Responsibilities:
Leading a team of five across Singapore, India and New Zealand
Acting as the first point of contact for all product related support requests, queries, and bugs
Performing user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing and post-production testing ensuring system stability
Building up product knowledge across entire tech stack
Providing exceptional user/client service by building and maintaining user/customer relationships – It is primarily 90% internal facing and 10% client facing
Supporting technology operational functions not limited to onboarding users, administering application access/ termination
Collaborating with other product specialists including teams in product, engineering, design, quality etc.
To succeed in this Lead CRM Product Specialist (Salesforce/Dynamics/Servicenow) role, yo umust be a subject matter expert on these products who works closely with customers and teams across product, engineering, and quality control.
Key Requirements:
At least five years of experience in a similar CRM/Product role
Knowledge in SQL for querying large data sets
Knowledge in CRM such as Salesforce is preferred – Others such as Dynamics or ServiceNow is acceptable as well
Knowledge in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI/Tableau is highly advantageous
Experience leading a team is highly advantageous
