About the Marketing Assistant (six months) Role:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Performance and Product Marketing, this role will be responsible for delivering acquisition marketing strategies to new audiences across the organisation's owned platforms and apps. You will also be working alongside key stakeholders within the organisation that is responsible for the overall performance in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure campaigns are implemented in a timely manner, adhering to the budget and quality controls that has been set by the organisation

  • Implement audience insights from internal research and present creative concepts to internal stakeholders

  • Monitor, analyse and optimise the weekly performance, recommending or alerting action where needed and perform regular health checks

  • Attend weekly status and reporting meetings, contributing insights

  • Proactively seek out new marketing opportunities, such as media selections, marketing and technology trends, audience segments etc.

  • Run A/B tests across various platforms to optimise user journeys

To succeed in the Marketing Assistant (six months) role, you will need to have the ability to work with internal stakeholders to produce innovative, best-in-content and offer-led creative whilst actively participating in brainstorming sessions within the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of a funnel-based approach to marketing, with experience in multi-region and/ or multi-channel campaign planning

  • Familiarity with applying a test-and-learn approach to marketing campaigns with some experience planning and executing both content-led and offer-led marketing campaigns

  • Prior experience with both brand marketing and a direct response marketing environment, with a keen interest in current affairs and keeping up to date with global news

  • Highly fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
