About the PCRM & Brand Ambassador Role:
Based in Singapore, this role reports to the Marketing Manager, Malts (SEAPAC) and supports in the following functions with respect to Malts portfolio. The incumbent is a dynamic and dedicated individual, to fully embody the Malt brands’ values, forging connections to our target audiences with passion, authenticity, credibility, and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing Manager, Malts (SEAPAC) to create and deliver unique brand experiences to consumers, providing education on malt brands in line with global brand strategy and meeting the assigned targets for engagement, response rate and consumer recommendation and advocacy
Identify and build relationships with those who have influence in media and press to execute a variety of activation events and host media where appropriate
Collect market and competitive set intelligence and contribute to brand planning sessions bringing brand, market, and category expertise. Make recommendations for improvement based on specific learnings and conclusions to deliver overall business objectives and growth targets
Lead the development of brand’s private client base, network, and forge relationships with high-net-worth consumers, carry out recruitment programmes primarily focus on the malt brands
To succeed in this PCRM & Brand Ambassador role, you must have five to six years of experience in brand management, achieving project goals and equipped with good communication skills.
Key Requirements:
Capable in making presentations and undertaking public speaking with confidence
Responds quickly to the needs of audience and their reactions and feedback
Demonstrated strong background and passion in spirits and love to interact and engage with target audiences about malt brands
