About the Project Solution Engineer (CCTV) Role:
You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams on opportunities and bids to ensure that the IoT portfolio is presented in a comprehensive manner to help win customers and grow revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for pre-sales consultation of large projects, including need analysis, technical communication and solution design
Be responsible for full-cycle project management to meet the process, quality and requirements
Manage industry analysis and competition analysis
According to the company’s strategy, conduct potential need analysis and produce innovative industry solution
To be successful in this Project Solution Engineer (CCTV) role, you will need to have a good understanding of CCTV/enterprise network related industry.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or comparable education with professional experience specialised in telecommunication
Traceable excellent experiences in processing complex proposals (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
At least four years’ pre-sales experience in CCTV/enterprise network related industry, have experience in leading large projects
Excellent project management skills
Leadership competencies to functional lead the Solution Design team
In-depth knowledge in developing pricing models and applying pricing tools (pricing management)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as cooperation and teamwork
Strong documentation and presentation skills
