About the Quantitative Strategist (VP) Role:
In this business critical Quant Developer role, you will be part of an established team focusing on developing their quantitative analytics, modelling, pricing and risk management for the front office. Responsibilities include risk tool development, infrastructure establishment, valuation techniques creation, and desk support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop risk management analytics and tools for lending businesses
Establish infrastructure to manage relationships between lending businesses and the treasury, focusing on enhancing and automating risk and funding processes
Create valuation techniques suitable for hold-for-maturity accrual businesses
Manage collaborative development and testing of a strategic analytics platform in partnership with global technology
Provide support to originating businesses and ensuring the efficient operation of desk systems
To succeed in this Quantitative Strategist (VP) role, you must have experience with Python, C++, quantitative analytics, modelling, pricing and risk management experience.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of four years' experience in financial services as a quantitative analyst, specialising in lending and credit businesses
Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages
Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analytics, modelling, pricing, and risk management, with a strong grasp of system architecture and programming
Hands-on experience with lending and loans products, including risk modelling
Proven track record in quantitative analysis within the financial services industry
