Our client is on the hunt for a passionate and committed Sales Excellence Program Manager to join their vibrant team. What you'll do:
As an Enthusiastic Sales Excellence Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing project and deal milestones to ensure alignment/input as well as drive effective landing of these strategic investments. You will work closely with stakeholders on specific initiatives, providing support in orchestration activities, program management, and reporting. Your role will also involve driving all matters connected to Support Sales Excellence in Asia while fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Drive all matters connected to Support Sales Excellence in Asia
Collaborate closely with the various leads in Asia
Act as the subject matter expert in all issues connected with Support Sales Excellence & Operations
Understand all business tools and processes used for Support Sales Excellence
Provide occasional coaching as required
Responsible for reports and business analysis as might be required by the TZ
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Enthusiastic Sales Excellence Program Manager role brings at least five years of experience in Program Management, Sales Excellence or Sales Operations. She possesses strong data management skills and is a seasoned user of Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI would be a significant advantage. She has the ability to capture data from various platforms in fairly manual processes and experience automating these reports would be an advantage. She has a go-getter attitude, is not afraid to recommend improvements in current processes and is outgoing with ideas.
At least 5 years of Program Management, Sales Excellence or Sales Operations experience
Strong data management skills
Seasoned user of Microsoft Excel
Experience with Power BI would be a massive advantage
Ability to capture data from various platforms in fairly manual processes
Experience automating reports would be an advantage
Go-getter attitude, not afraid to recommend improvements in current processes
