You will be tasked with managing the P&L for the SEA and South Asia region.
About the Senior Commercial Manager Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director for Commercial, you will drive profitability of the region and identify where suitable growth opportunities would be.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of five direct reports across the South Asia and Southeast Asia region
Develop and identify a sales strategy aimed at generating additional revenue and new clients
Build and manage relationships with existing customers and distributors
Work with marketing, business development and product teams to identify suitable opportunities
Drive the development of the region through market assessment and analysis
The successful Senior Commercial Manager has strong sales and P&L management experience in the chemicals space.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering
At least 10 years of experience within the chemical space and have managed remote teams before
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a matrix organisation
