You will work closely with the Education Director in APAC to execute education programs.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Education Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the education strategy of our client's organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the execution of education programs, developing engaging content, and managing training requests from various teams. You will also collaborate with marketing managers to ensure that events are supported with appropriate educational materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and communicating insights to stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our client's educational offerings.
Support the local go-to-market education strategy in collaboration with the Head of Education and regional education director
Manage content and training requests from Marketing, Product and Sales teams
Assist Regional Education Director in managing Asia based external faculty
Work with marketing managers to ensure event support includes proper educational materials
Support client communications and campaigns with relevant educational content
Review content produced for local usage, managing reviewing process for all modules, papers, and courses
Evaluate marketing effectiveness to determine highest value initiatives
Analyse metrics to understand if goals were met, what we learned and what drove high quality leads and engagements
Communicate insights consistently with stakeholders on respective projects
Explore education collaboration with trade associations, universities
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Education Marketing Specialist role is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management and strategic support. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in these areas, along with content marketing and digital campaign management. Excellent writing and presentation skills are essential for this role, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. A high level of independence, energy, and strong project management skills are also required. Fluency in one of the major Asian languages would be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or strategic support
Experience in content marketing and digital campaign management
Excellent writing and presentation skills specifically utilizing PowerPoint as well as familiarity in Microsoft Office products, Google Analytics and Salesforce
High level of independence, energy, and strong project management skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills
