Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the school’s marketing strategy, supporting its enrolment growth agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing multi-channel tactical marketing campaigns, generating high-quality admissions leads from multiple target segments.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's brand presence. You will work closely with the Director of Admissions & Marketing to develop a robust marketing strategy that aligns with the school's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive multi-channel prospective customer marketing program, owning relationships with digital stakeholders, refining the digital marketing mix, project managing promotional activities, identifying feeder relationships within the community, and organising admissions events.
Work closely with the Director of Admissions & Marketing to develop a marketing strategy that supports the school's growth
Develop a comprehensive multi-channel prospective customer marketing program
Monitor competitor performance to support school development plan and marketing initiatives
Own the relationship with digital stakeholders and agencies both locally and globally
Refine and revise the digital marketing mix in line with key objectives and budgets
Identify (school and non-school based) relationships within the local community and establish close working partnerships to generate new leads
The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced marketing professional with a degree in marketing, communications or a related field. You will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, either within digital agencies or client-side. Your sound knowledge of working with segmented customer bases to implement customer-focused strategies will be crucial in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
Degree level qualification in marketing, communications or related field
5+ years of working experience in marketing in the education sector
Sound knowledge of working with segmented customer base to implement customer focused strategies
Commercially astute with a very good understanding of financial metrics
A sound knowledge of the full marketing mix including strategy development and planning, campaign development, measurement and tracking, optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write high quality marketing copy
