Key Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, testing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, with a strong emphasis on CSM
Configuring and customising ServiceNow CSM features to meet business requirements and improve customer service processes
Creating and implementing workflow automations and process improvements to optimise customer service operations
Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
Demonstrate analytical, organisational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams
Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of ServiceNow configurations, customisations, and best practices
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and support teams, to identify and address customer service challenges
To succeed in this role as a ServiceNow Engineer (12 months, extendable) role, you should be willing to adapt to changing business needs, while collaboratively working in a team-oriented environment.
Key Requirements:
Have at least three years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on customer service management, implementation and support of ServiceNow modules
Prior CRM and CSM software/platform experience (Freshworks, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, etc.) is a bonus
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is highly preferred
Proficient in design and developing custom application in ServiceNow platform and integration with other applications
Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
Must have knowledge and experience in integrating ServiceNow using platform APIs and integration tools, while having experience with Git workflow and unit testing
Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS & RESTful APIs and, scripted aspects of ServiceNow client such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
