Your success in this role will be defined by your capacity to foster strong inter-team relationships while delivering transparent reporting improvements that enhance efficiency across the Southeast Asia cluster.

  • Provide early identification of risks within Southeast Asian markets and proactively manage contingency planning to ensure delivery of key operational targets such as sales forecasts, coverage metrics, and arbitrage management.

  • Collaborate with local Sales and Supply Chain teams to review weekly forecasts for responsible markets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal supply chain deadlines.

  • Support the budget process by assisting in the planning and preparation of multi-year strategic business plans, annual budgets, and adjustments through relevant insights, analysis, and assessment of commercial plans.

  • Track and report all relevant sales performance metrics including distribution, visibility, quality indicators, gross sales value, trade spend, distributor scorecards, and more for responsible markets.

  • Manage execution plan monitoring by conducting campaign analyses with actionable insights and recommendations to optimise performance.

  • Participate actively in monthly meetings and initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring follow-up actions are completed efficiently.

  • Collect and analyse information on market trends and competition; develop comprehensive reports proposing actions to improve market positioning or address specific performance issues.

  • Ensure compliance with promotional guidelines for all responsible markets and channels while managing trade spend accruals and payment processes accurately.

  • Facilitate timely monthly reviews of total trade spend across Southeast Asian markets and brands in close collaboration with Finance teams to ensure full-year budget alignment.

  • Contribute to revenue management initiatives by analysing pricing strategies, promotions, trade terms, and margin improvement opportunities to optimise profitability.
