Job Summary
Strong hands on engineering lead for Credit Origination Hive in PE. This is #2 priority for the CTA program and a strong engineering talent is required to drive the rebuild of creditmate legacy platform. The skillset requires is to complete overhaul and develop an inhouse solution in latest technology stack
The person will drive the solution design, architecture and execution of developing new creditmate UI aligned with CC wide Unified UI / UX strategy. This is a strategic role to provide overall technical leadership and direction encouraging innovation and improvement in the technology and data systems, processes and ways of working.

Our Ideal Candidate
10+ years of proven experience in IT Project Management or a similar role, preferably in fast paced IT environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to quicky diagnose and resolve complex issues
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non tech audience
Certified Project Manager and Product Owner Certification desirable
Familiarity with Java, React, Cloud frameworks
Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Role Specific Technical Competencies
Participates in development of multiple or large software products and estimates and monitors development costs based on functional and technical requirements. Core
Delivery Experience as Tech Project manager and analysis skills Core
Contrasts advantages and drawbacks of different development languages and tools.
Expertise in RDBMS solutions (Oracle, PostgreSQL) & NoSQL offerings (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc)
Conducts walkthroughs and monitors effectiveness and quality of the development activities.
Strong knowledge about design patterns and development principles, microservices architecture
Supports Hive Tech Lead on Technology strategy, roadmap and execution.
Promote engineering craftmanship and focus on delivering business value.
Responsible for technical delivery and technical excellence across the squads. Core
Mitigate delivery risks and issues, and ensure quality, affordability, and scope of delivery. Core
Act as the risk control owner under the Group’s risk management framework at the appropriate level.
Address tech compliance (ESDLC) requirements through the delivery lifecycle (design reviews, security reviews, SAT, OAT, etc.) with support from HTL(Hive Tech Lead) / PO / CPO (Chief Product Owner).
