Our Accounts team is seeking a charismatic, creative thinking, and ingenious individual who has a track record building lasting rapport with a portfolio of clients. Everyone in the team that you will be joining indulges in setting up and enhancing conditions for clients to understand and enjoy the work provided. This role will require an extensive knowledge of paid media, the broader context of how data can drive marketing and the levers of digital media. Orchestrating the successful delivery of a campaign, and mobilising and aligning the teams involved will be a crucial part of the day-to-day.

Your Day-to-Day 
  • Drive relationships with the day-to-day clients and confidently field and manage requests, input and feedback
  • Manage profitability of client accounts, ensuring resource is paced correctly to avoid under- or over servicing
  • Manage expectations with clients and ensure every deliverable is documented and disseminated to the broader team
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identifying any issues or barriers whilst encouraging change in the internal team, or endorsing and communicating the team’s competent and reasonable execution
  •  Engage with clients to define actionable briefs for select campaigns, and assist with larger / complex campaign briefs
  • Run weekly internal or agency-only collaboration sessions
  • Develop, mentor and onboard team members, both remotely and in person
  • Provide project management support when necessary during the campaign lifecycle to ensure on time completion of deliverables 
  • Provide timely and actionable feedback to the broader client team to aid in their development and improvement
  • Stay up to date with and share new market tools and opportunities, which would support client strategy or EAST’s product offering
  • Share learnings with the wider Social, Display, PPC and Analytics teams to drive performance and efficiencies
Desired Background Experience 
  • 7+ years of related Digital Marketing experience, preferably agency
  • Track record of managing long-term, million-dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams in Digital Marketing; achieving revenue and margin targets for each client and the overall portfolio; and overseeing forecasts and profitability reporting of accounts
  • A sharp mind, a good memory and an attention to detail
  • Confidence in interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from C-Suite through to administrative support staff, navigating any given situation
  • Experience creating, executing and optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns 
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation skills, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting (virtually and in person) to groups both small and large
  • Experienced in data analysis with a high level of comfort discussing and presenting data 
  • A proactive and organized self-starter with a flexible and agile approach
