As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will identify, define and collaboratively lead Digital opportunities aligned with NUHS cluster Digital Transformation goals and priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Transformation projects working across Business (Clinicians and Operations), support functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement) and IT
- Engage business Product Owners to identify and define opportunity areas
- Develop project scope, objectives and assumptions in collaboration with business Product Owners
- Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
- Build business cases and provide input to budgets
- Map user journeys and business processes
- Drive delivery of Digital Transformation projects end to end
- Manage project planning, budgeting and forecasting and monitoring
- Actively manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation from front line staff to senior leaders
- Organize and support internal and external meetings for the department
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years working experience
- Experience in a transformation programme environment
- Experience in technology enabled change transformation projects/programmes
- Understanding of digital ways of working including Agile
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills, accountability and ownership
- Collaborative nature, seeks out opportunities to work with others to realise progress
- Structured thinker with ability to organise their work and that of others
- Effective working in a complex matrix organisation where individuals play multiple roles
