Working with marketing, and operations teams for this FMCG business; including
o Collaborating with existing relevant departments for support and resources to execute business plans
o Planning and executing sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
Managing company partners, manufacturers, brands and products, sourcing, pricing associated with the FMCG business
Ensuring compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines
Assisting in growing the FMCG business and promoting good after-sales service to build brand reputable and uphold quality of products and services, including address customer complaints/feedback in a professional manner
Degree holder in relevant field, e.g. business, marketing, sales etc;
At least 2-3 years of balanced experience in various aspects of an organisation, preferably from FMCG industry
Experience in New Product Development, Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategy
Good knowledge in marketing, both online and offline.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisation, strategic planning, and leadership skills
