WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within BCG's Energy Practice Area (EN PA), you will be part of global Knowledge Team (KT) with focus on the Southeast Asia region, providing industry expertise, analyses, and insights for BCG case and proposal teams. You will serve as a thought partner and content expert to BCG case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. You could occasionally be staffed on cases, working closely with BCG case teams and clients from a client-site or BCG office. You will support the EN PA’s commercialization and marketing efforts in proposals, lead development, conferences, and publications. You will also support the EN PA in developing or updating intellectual property and knowledge assets.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Possess a good understanding of the energy sector with sound knowledge in the topics of refining, oil product markets and petrochemicals
- Being a credible thought partner who provides original analyses & topic/sector insights for BCG case teams
- Framing complex issues and formulating the relevant research and/or analytical approaches
- Codifying knowledge and maintaining assets and tools for the topic/sector
- Navigating in ambiguity and complexity with strong organizational and prioritization skills to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced matrix organization
- Teaming and collaborating with stakeholders from different regions
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders at different seniority levels, with strong written & verbal communication skills, and fluency in English
- Independent and initiative self-starter
- Strong work ethic & service-mentality
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 3 – 6 years of relevant industry experience (required), from a consulting / research firm or an industry player
- An understanding of trending topics such as sustainability and decarbonization is desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree required
