Key Responsibilities

Digital Project Management

  • Execute innovative digital marketing campaigns and oversee its successful implementation at all campuses across South East Asia, UAE & India by leading the internal team and effectively collaborating with external partners.

  • Lead the development of content complying with brand positioning and maintain brand standards and usage guidelines.

  • Drive regular management and reporting against performance of all digital marketing campaigns ( Website optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Paid Search, Content ,Email marketing ) to identify opportunities, areas for improvement and measure ROI at all campuses.

  • Use analytics tools aggressively for reporting and use.

  • Analyse reports on marketing campaigns’ overall performance. Evaluate key metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.

Marketing Operations

  • Derive critical insights from marketing data and implement thereby resulting in greater efficiencies in operations.

  • Report marketing activities for review with management on a regular basis.

  • Support the Sales/ Admissions team with all possible requirements at every campus. Active participation in all other marketing initiative locally and across geography.

  • Control of the digital marketing budget and spend by effectively allocating budgets to different channels.

Vendor Management

  • Maintain partnership with digital agencies.

  • Monitor various media platform options and propose appropriate social media platforms and tools for achieving communication objectives

  • Actively develop press releases, respond to reactive media requests, and craft media angles to pitch to the media.

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the media, i.e. editors/producers/journalists/reporters.

Job Requirements

  • Should be MBA (Marketing) OR Bachelor’s Degree Marketing / Mass Communications/ Business with a Diploma in Digital Marketing.

  • 6-8 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns at multiple locations.

  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools / CRM to drive strategy and day-to-day operational.

  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

  • Track record of innovation and delivering results against tight deadlines.

  • Good communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations.

  • Strong planning, prioritisation, budgetary and project management competencies.

  • Creative thinker and innovator; in touch with digital, culture, trends, etc.
