Job Duties and Responsibilities
Loyalty & Partnerships
- Plan and execute consumer campaigns to drive acquisition, deepen engagement and increase consumer mindshare of Mandai.
- Create innovative go-to-market campaigns that inspire consumers and drive action as well as advocacy for sustainability and conservation efforts.
- Build reward strategies that encourage stickiness and engagement with the programme.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the breath, offerings, and attractiveness of programme.
- Conduct ongoing outreach with partners to develop unique rewards or experiences for members.
- Collaborate with partners to build campaigns that drive loyalty marketing goals.
- Utilise insights and data to strategically optimise rewards to meet commercial objectives and drive customer retention.
- Perform periodic and/or post-campaign KPI analyses to inform the business and shape future strategies.
- Work closely across Mandai teams to ensure alignment with brand equity, voice, and storytelling priorities.
International Marketing
- Lead and manage the development of destination marketing strategies, initiatives, activations and campaigns to achieve brand awareness in key source markets.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party partners such as media agency and comms partners
- Collaborate with and manage relationships with the Singapore Tourism Board.
- Develop tactical tourist promotions and offers to drive new and repeat visitation.
- Partner with the international sales team and support travel agent partners to deliver go-to-market requirements to position Mandai as destination of choice.
- Project-manage campaigns and go-to-market requirements to ensure timely execution.
- Manage and monitor marketing budget to achieve optimal returns.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or the equivalent.
- Highly motivated individual with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Loyalty Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Retail/FMCG and/or Tourism/ Hospitality industries.
- Proven experience in brand building, consumer marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management.
- Adept in driving consumer loyalty, possess understanding of how loyalty programmes work and the key drivers to improve performance.
- Has a keen appreciation of data and insights, and their role in driving better business outcomes.
- Proven capability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and energetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and highly organised.
- Able to work independently while being a good team player.
- Able to provide mentorship to junior team members.
