Role and Responsibilities:
Perform project implementation and application testing according to project and quality assurance procedures and methodologies on MS CRM Dynamics platform.
Manage a team by monitoring the work progress to meet project requirements for MS CRM Dynamics platform.
Evaluate and responsible for understanding system requirements analysis and design on MS CRM Dynamics platform.
Evaluate solution design and recommendations with pros and cons on the MS CRM Dynamics platform.
Conduct Systems Performance & capacity analysis of MS CRM Dynamics Platform.
Manage to works with various teams and closely liaise with business users.
Monitor the Installation, configuring and commissioning the new MSCRM Dynamics environment and its dependencies.
Lead the triage process on issues to evaluate the root cause and recommend solution on MS CRM Dynamics environment.
Review application/technical design documentation
Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements
Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members
Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance standby support.
Work effectively in a tight deadline, high pressure environment
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of working experience in programming using Microsoft and web technologies
Detailed knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics platform and architecture plus have developed at least 5+ Applications including the familiarity with Dynamics best practices and design standards
Experience of leading development team.
Experience in Object Oriented Programming, .Net Web Applications, Web Technology (IIS), .Net framework 4.5.2 and above, C#, SQL and Stored procedure in MS SQL Server 2005 and Above
Experience in application integration and / or web services integration required
Education:
Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
Previous experience of healthcare domain is good to have
