Responsibility
Define and execute growth strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall user growth of global products in the aimed country.
Improve key metrics with a specific focus on user lifetime, including user acquisition, user retention, and recalls.
Accelerate organic growth and ROI of business by optimizing product experience, establish a performance marketing strategy, and encouraging social referrals.
Requirement
Strategic and logical thinker, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to lead a data-driven project. Capable of in-depth data interpretation and highly data-sensitive. A plus if can work with SQL.
Passionate about understanding user demand with different cultural background and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
