We are seeking a highly driven individual to contribute to the rejuvenation of our parks and transform Mandai Precinct into an integrated nature and wildlife destination.
The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including support and maintenance for Front-of-House Online Systems consisting of content management, e-Commerce and fulfilment systems, customer relationship management, marketing automation platform, data / web analytics, APIs development & API gateway, mobile applications and IoT supporting Marketing & Sales. He/she will manage a small team including vendors and work closely with business stakeholders to achieve business outcome. He/she will need to provide solutioning to address business needs, and manage solution delivery based on business requirements, cost, and schedule. In additional, he/she will be responsible for the management of licenses, subscription, contracts, vendors, and audit for those systems.
This candidate reports to the Deputy/Assistant Vice President, IT.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT, PMI and Agile Scrum Master will be highly valued
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managing Front-of-House Online Systems and its operations
Experience and strong understanding in marketing and sales technology not limited to content management, e-Commerce, point-of-sales and fulfillment systems, self-help kiosk, customer relationship management, marketing automation platform, data/web analytics, APIs development & API gateway, mobile applications development and IoT; Experience in technologies like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Audience, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sprinklr will be highly preferred
Ability to understand complex landscape and changing business needs, and process strong problem-solving capability in a holistic approach.
