What will you do?
As a Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy, you are expected to...
Ideate, design, implement and manage multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns (including the budget) in close collaboration with the branding, content, communications and sales teams in order to drive brand awareness, generate quality leads for sales and allow for sales to close
Ensure marketing strategies and campaigns are aligned with business direction and targets
Perform in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and establish market trends
Set up and analyse customer profiles in order to create the right marketing campaigns personalised to each target customer profile set
Develop innovative concepts and campaigns to promote the brand, its products and services, as well as to generate quality leads
Measure, track and analyse effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives including marketing tactics, new leads, sales activities, and ROI, with familiarity to marketing metrics like ROAS, CLV, CAC, etc
What we need?
We are looking for individuals who possess the following…
Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours or equivalent, with at least 8 years of working experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
Preferable experience and exposure in various global markets
Have outstanding strategic and problem-solving skills, and be able to frame the strategic options for the business
Able to understand the needs of the market, the industry, the competitive landscape, and how to develop relevant strategies and market activities
Have the hunger to learn and be open to adapt and adopt accordingly with the rapid change in use of tech for consumers and change in customer preferences
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
