Position Overview

The APAC FP&A Manager will lead critical planning and analysis processes, deliver insights that influence high-level decisions, and partner with business leaders across diverse markets to drive growth and profitability. In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, your expertise will help steer regional performance and support innovative initiatives that make a real impact.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:

  • Consolidate regional financial performance and deliver detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

  • Ensure timely and accurate regional reporting in alignment with SharkNinja APAC Business Calendar standards.

  • Generate actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and accelerate growth initiatives.

  • Own and lead regional end-to-end margin optimization initiatives, from strategy development to execution and tracking results

  • Partner with country finance teams and business leaders to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure sustainable margin improvements

  • Drive accountability and measurable outcomes, acting as the primary owner for all end-to-end margin-related projects across the region

  • Design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and financial models to monitor and optimize business performance.

  • Prepare comprehensive business review presentations for senior leadership.

  • Assess risks and opportunities, recommending proactive measures to ensure financial stability and growth.

  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and compliance with local regulatory requirements.

  • Champion continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems across the region.

  • Introduce best practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

  • Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture within the finance organization.

  • Business partners in multiple time zones: mostly across APAC, may include United States occasionally – some meetings occur in off business hours (ability to work flex hours)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Finance/ Accounting. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for an APAC Senior FP&A Manager role.

  • Strong track record of partnering with the business in driving growth plans, managing forecasts, anticipating risks and opportunities.

  • Previous experience with budgeting & forecasting, full P&L analysis & reconciliation.

  • Strong self-leadership & self-management. Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.

  • Able to learn quickly & increase work independence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to partner cross functionally.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a fast-changing environment with multiple customers and evaluators.

  • Highly visible role with the ability to effectively partner with and/or challenge senior leadership.

  • Comfortable presentation with strong financial acumen & business understanding

  • Ability to analyze large & complex data sets and translate into actionable information.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, be detailed-oriented and ability to meet required timelines.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel.
