Position Overview

Reporting to the ASEAN Marketing Director, our Thailand Marketing Manager will lead both the Shark and Ninja categories.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation and communication strategies for a portfolio of products to drive incremental sales growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness.

  • Create comprehensive 12-month campaign calendar and 360o demand generation plans, ensuring alignment across internal teams and distributors.

  • 360o demand generation include- Leading social media initiatives specifically Influencer management across all product categories, in collaboration with a social media agency.

  • Work with media agencies to plan and execute effective media strategies, exploring innovative channels for maximum impact.

  • Work with PR/Events agencies to execute offline events driving maximum awareness and interest in our new launches

  • Developing Ecommerce marketing strategy and best practices across affiliate marketing, livestreaming and A+ content. Ensure our distributors and agencies execute flawlessly.

  • Developing seamless and effective creative designs and messages across all consumer touchpoints (social, events, ecommerce, in-store etc)

  • Collaborate with internal and distributors to execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including prioritizing launches, setting budgets, and defining creative, media, and channel strategies.

  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and evaluating results against established goals.

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis, including product and claim comparisons, to inform counter strategies and initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with key external agencies, including social, PR, and media partners.

  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency across markets where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 8 - 10 years in marketing, ideally with a focus on brand marketing and ecommerce marketing

  • Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is required.

  • Prior experience working with distributors.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of securing alignment on strategy and building networks within the organization and externally.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach; commercially and financially astute with solid business judgment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all materials are thoroughly crafted and executed.

  • Creative and analytical thinker, skilled in using market analysis to uncover potential opportunities.

  • Strong digital expertise, blending traditional marketing with social media insights, recognizing digital influencers’ impact, and contributing to content development.

  • Energetic, engaging, and positive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Preferably has a background in CPG; open to non-traditional CPG experience such as electronics, beauty, or lifestyle marketing.
