Job Title: Shipping Executive (Bunker)
Department: Bunker Operation
Reports To: Marine Fleet Manager
Key Objectives:
You will assist the Marine Department in administrative duties as follows:
Main Activities:
(main day-to-day activities and the outputs of the role the individual is expected to deliver)
Administering support for marine department
Coordinate logistics for crew, pick up crew and bring them to embassy/medical appointments etc
Responsible for travel arrangements and visa applications of crew.
Maintaining the crew’s personal files and ensuring that their certification and training documents are up-to-date.
Administering the crew’s reimbursement of their expenses incurred from travelling, training etc.
Application for flag-state licences for crew working onboard of vessels in compliance with the vessels’ Port of Registry.
Arranging the crew to go for relevant training courses as required by the charterer.
Attending to crew’s work-related grievances and complaints.
Applying for the necessary documentations with ICA and MPA for crew’s immigration clearance and vessels’ movements.
Maintaining the petty cash, keeping office inventory and tracking all expenses.
Responsible for PR & PO creation & issuing process.
Responsible for direct marine engine, part purchasing, price negotiation & delivery.
Inventory control and stock movement.
Undertaking other ad-hoc jobs when required.
Qualifications / Experience
(Academic qualifications as well as experience)
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Executives specializing in shipping industry or crewing management or equivalent
