What will you do?
As a Social Media Manager, you will...
Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification with the aim to increase brand awareness through our social media platforms and indirectly, assist for lead generation.
Work with branding, content, PR and marketing colleagues to strategise, plan and execute campaigns on our social media platforms.
Create and maintain a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly social media calendar across all current social media platforms.
Interact with and strengthen our social community and respond to social media enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Analyze the company’s social media assets’ performance and provide a detailed monthly/quarterly/yearly report against engagement KPI targets set with actionable observations.
Conduct regular audits to maximize performance and improve social strategy to align with business goals.
Influencer / Blogger / Brand Ambassador Programs – Identify through research and social tools the most active and relevant fans/followers who can serve as influencers.
Provide social media support for on-ground/offline events to make sure there is a 360-degree customer experience.
Keep up with the latest social media trends and trending topics on social media covering both local and international news.
What we need?
Graduated with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree (with Honours) or equivalent.
Have at least 3 years of experience in social media management (better yet if you are an influencer yourself!).
Are structured & thorough in planning and execution.
Has strong knowledge of popular and emerging social media platforms, analytics reporting and social media best practices.
Has some experience in good content creation.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin is a nice to have.
Have a positive attitude, is customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Love attention to details.
Have the ability to work effectively in a team and in a nimble, fast moving environment.
