Job Purpose

The Manager - Digital Catalyst plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through programmatic digital sales initiatives. This position assists the Head and team in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and executing plans to maximize revenue from digital advertising channels. The Manager - Digital Catalyst serves as a key liaison between the sales, marketing, and digital teams, leveraging insights and data-driven approaches to optimize digital advertising campaigns and enhance overall business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Head and team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for programmatic digital sales, aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.

  2. Identify new opportunities for revenue growth within the digital advertising landscape, including emerging platforms, technologies, and trends.

  3. Lead the execution of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including display, video, mobile, and social media.

  4. Utilize data analytics and market insights to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and audience segmentation.

  5. Manage relationships with digital advertising partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

  6. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities.

  7. Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to develop integrated digital advertising solutions for clients.

  9. Train and mentor team members on best practices in digital advertising and programmatic sales techniques.

  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital advertising, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines.

Qualifications and Work Experience

1. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic sales and revenue generation.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, and DMPs.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital advertising.

2. Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through programmatic digital sales initiatives.

  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with advertising partners.

  • Experience in training and mentoring team members on digital advertising best practices.
