​Job Purpose

The Junior Digital Catalyst supports the Digital Programmatic Sales team by assisting in various sales activities and ensuring operational efficiency. This position focuses on consolidating sales numbers, preparing sales tracking reports, coordinating communications, and coordinating client engagement efforts. The primary objective is to facilitate smooth operations, enhance productivity, and contribute to achieving sales targets within the digital advertising realm.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Consolidate sales data and prepare monthly tracking reports to monitor performance and identify trends.

  2. Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information.

  3. Assist in the organization of client engagement efforts, including meetings, presentations, and events.

  4. Collaborate with fellow digital catalysts to support the development and execution of sales strategies.

  5. Help maintain internal media advertising systems by updating records, tracking client interactions, and managing documentation.

  6. Ensure operational processes are seamless by proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks.

  7. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing support and ensuring smooth transitions.

  8. Contribute to the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.

  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Work Experience

  1. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  2. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role, preferably in digital advertising or media.

  3. Familiarity with sales reporting and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  7. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
