Position Overview
The Associate Business Change Manager position will support the Epic Centre of Excellence (ECoE) lead in managing the daily operations of ECoE and development of Epic competencies within the clusters and agencies.
Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate the update of training materials, training environments and performance support materials
Track Epic competency development across clusters and agencies
Support ECoE lead in operating ECoE operations
Collate and report training demands submitted by clusters and agencies
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening
Familiar with project management approaches and tools
Customer focus and adaptability to different working styles and personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Experience in training and healthcare industry would be an added advantage
