Position Overview
The Business Change Manager will lead the planning, setting up and management of the Epic Centre of Excellence (ECoE). The ECoE Lead would need to maintain and execute training strategy and learning roadmap, aggregate and manage training demands across clusters & agencies, and manage ECoE operations and resources centrally.
Role & Responsibilities
1)Define Solution & Governance
Provide update to governance forum(s) on Epic curriculum design, training strategies and priorities
Maintain learning roadmaps for developing Epic competencies
Provide advice on use and allocation of NGEMR Learning Fund
2)Manage planning and administration of Epic Centre of Excellence (ECoE) centrally
Aggregate training demands across clusters and agencies to facilitate sharing of training resources
Manage updates of training curriculum, materials and environments
Operate and manage ECoE operations and resources, e.g. centralised training facilities
3)Manage Competency Development
Maintain network of local Epic Trainers, Epic Analysts and Principal Trainers
Ensure sustainable pool of Epic Fluent users and Epic Coaches
Requirements
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening
Experience with project management approaches and tools
Customer focus and adaptability to different working styles and personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Experience in training and healthcare industry would be an added advantage
