Position Overview
NGEMR is a mission critical healthcare critical information infrastructure (CII) system that will touch every aspect of the Singapore healthcare system including care management and delivery, medical education, research, population management, collaboration among healthcare professionals, and patient empowerment and participation.
The first phase of the NGEMR programme is to develop a common EMR system for institutions under NHG and NUHS to move onto a single EMR.
Role & Responsibilities
Support daily PMO task and activities
Prepare management reports
Facilitate meetings and prepare notes of meeting
Monitor and track project status
Process change request, monitor and tract status
Provide support and guidance on Project Charter, approval process, procurement and resource assignment related queries
Support yearly budgeting and workplan exercise
Requirements
Degree holder with 10-15 years of relevant working experience
Good written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Sharepoint and MS Teams
Hands on and creative problem-solving skills
Experience in meeting facilitation and prepare notes of meetings
Effective information gathering and prepare management reports
