Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Platform Project and Process Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving efficient project execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project and process requirements, translating them into ServiceNow platform solutions.

  • Analyze and document existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and configurations to streamline project and process execution.

  • Work closely with project teams to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform for project management and tracking.

  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow capabilities to support and enhance various business processes.

  • Conduct process gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on new or updated processes within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Assist in the implementation of best practices for project and process management within the ServiceNow environment.

  • Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates and new features, assessing their potential impact on existing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project or Process Analyst, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is advantageous.

  • Experience in ITIL or other process frameworks is a plus.
