Position Overview
This role is responsible for developing the overall strategy and implementation of the National Health IT Master Plan (HITMAP) in Singapore. We are looking for experienced Programme Manager to plan and deliver Healthcare Analytics programmes. The Programme Manager will be responsible for all components of programme including strategizing, planning and implementation.
Role & Responsibilities
He/she will also work with the delivery teams comprising project managers, change management specialists, business analysts and clinical subject matter experts to deliver the programme initiatives and projects.
Understand business needs and develop IT strategies and work-plan for a specific/group of business programmes in healthcare analytics domain.
Engage, influence, communicate and seek approval from programme sponsor(s) and stakeholders to support the programme strategies and plans.
Manage the programme scope, budget and schedule to deliver the desired programme outcomes.
Lead and drive the consultants and vendors in delivering the programme/project.
Oversee the implementation and delivery of the IT programme/projects in healthcare analytics domain.
Report timely on programme/project’s achievements, issues and progress.
Obtain endorsement of strategy and work-plan from programme sponsor with support from all stakeholders.
Lead and drive the programme and project teams (including consultants) towards successfully delivery of programme/projects.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Programme Manager or Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT industry or public services.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in delivering end-to-end industry analytics solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, within the industry with either a consultancy or a technology company.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics/Computer Studies/IT/Engineering or any other relevant fields.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in IT industry.
Have a good understanding of business processes and needs in order to create value in a business context with business intelligence and insights.
