Job Description
Provide staffing solutions to meet the needs of the business units
Manage end-to-end spectrum of hiring activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing salary proposals and onboarding
Collaborates closely with the hiring managers to source and attract the best candidates for the company
Select candidates with the right competencies, experience and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes
Shortlist candidates for hiring managers based on assessment results
Build relationships, engage talents in the market, provide excellent candidate experience and creating a brand presence for the organisation.
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in talent acquisition
Resourceful, effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and engage with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
