What you can expect

As an EIR, our goal is to equip you with all the skills necessary to start a consulting firm. We provide rigorous on-the-job training in key consulting skillsets such as analytical skills, sales and communication, and also impart essential and cross-functional entrepreneurial knowledge in areas such as Business development, project scoping, pricing, etc. We are looking for ambitious and dynamic individuals to contribute to TalentKraft’s growth.

You will help TalentKraft:

• execute projects by conducting interview sessions with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, recommending solutions and preparing impact reports

• develop new ideas and methodologies as the range of clients and issues expands. You will also own the development and execution of these ideas

• expand its network of HR solution providers and partners, and establish good working relationships to increase the range of solutions we can offer to clients

• help to optimize the various sales funnels to improve client conversion rate

• grow our client base by prospecting and connecting with potential clients through digital marketing, events, networking sessions and partnerships

• prepare proposals and pitch decks for clients

• be involved in pitching sessions to convert prospects to clients

• develop new ideas for expansion through brainstorming sessions on methods to reach new prospects, upsell existing clients and increase range of services.

• build new digital engagement initiatives

Who you are

As a growing company, we look for ambitious and dynamic individuals who can work well in teams, but can also execute tasks independently. A natural curiosity and the ability to rebound from unsuccessful experiments is crucial.

You should:

• be able think through issues in a structured way and articulate and defend your chosen methodology

• keep up to date on latest trends in technology, and can quickly understand and use new technology and applications

• be a credible and convincing communicator with a strong command of written English

• be a problem-solver who thinks up creative ways to overcome challenges

What we can offer

As a lean start-up, you will work directly with the co-founders on projects. We will provide you with lots of hands-on training to help you build up the skills you will require to execute projects in their entirety, from engaging potential prospects to delivering final reports.
