  • Plan daily work allocation and account assignments to the team

  • Performance guidance to collection officers towards achieving their KPIs

  • Provide guidance to the team on managing complex cases

  • Conduct regular training to improve collections skills and knowledge

  • Ensure work processes are effectively executed and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

  • Recommend enhancement and process improvement within the team, where appropriate. 

  • Provide daily/monthly/adhoc statistics and reports to management for review and reporting

  • Liaise with other BU on matters relating to collections operations

  • Assist to perform UAT for system enhancement/implementation

  • Recruit and fill up vacancy of the team

  • Review waivers, transfers and maintenance forms submitted by the team
