What You’ll Do.
You’re the face and the voice behind PDS healthcare, we need you to uphold the brand voice across all platforms. Our products and services should always reflect our brand identity.
Identify new business / collaboration opportunities.
Develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions to achieve sales objectives online and offline with the marketing team.
Provide monthly reports and insights on online and offline sales, evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Actively evaluate and improve on the effectiveness of campaigns through data-driven strategy and KPI focused analysis.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and curate content that aligns with marketing goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for content strategy, content analysis, editorial planning, campaign ideation, and execution of day-to-day tasks for the healthcare market.
Engage new partners and potential prospects, create new opportunities for outreach and sales.
Establish and nurture close working relationships with existing retail partners.
Identify sales gaps and work with the respective Key Account Manager
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of in-store promotions, together with the performance of in-store promoters.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop new VMs and POSM for brand refresh, product launches or promotions.
Conduct price surveys on competing brands and provide price recommendations.

Diploma or Degree holder with specialisation in Marketing / Business.
With a strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Have a good eye for design. Able to create visually stunning artwork with simple tools like Canva.
