As a Business Development / Sales Manager at Websparks, you will play a pivotal role in driving our market presence and achieving financial growth. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will lead persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to engage Websparks for their digital experiences work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of compelling bid documents and proposals
Research potential clients, existing and new markets, products, and services to identify new business opportunities
Identify new business opportunities to grow revenue, diversify business streams and strengthen market position
Collaborate with the Implementation Team to ensure seamless project handovers
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT/Business or related fields
Familiarity with current technologies/tools/platforms used in Web and App Development
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience in handling Public Sector accounts is an added advantage
Familiarity with software development and project management is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong client management and account servicing experience
Independent, yet able to work effectively in a cross-team effort
Self-motivated and capable of setting clear and meaningful goals
