Job Description
1. Understanding the Business Requirements and liaison with external and internal partners for conceptualization and finalization of feasible Digital Solution.
2. Project Management from Requirement gathering, development, testing to Implementation
3. Conduct customer immersion interviews and insights gathering exercises to define real problem statements and needs
4. Coordination with stakeholders for approvals, development and implementation of projects.
5. Identification of vendors and Liasoning for project implementation
6. Ongoing evaluation of existing solution, identification of gaps and implementation of enhancements to improve the usage and efficacy.
7. Implementation and Scaling up of developed solution through trainings, interactions with stakeholders etc.
8. Setting up of key performance indicators and MIS formats for evaluation of solution post launch.
9. Responsible for business communication and updates to senior management for Digital Projects
