Job description
1. Provides support to Bank department with regards to Business Initiatives in the Corporate Trust Space
a. Collaborate with Users and Product manages to work on solutioning to meet users’ and customers’ requirements and IBGO Key performance matrix
b. Analyse use case requirements and write Users stories /business requirements
c. Work closely with key stakeholder and users from Line Operations & Banking Technology for and run/monitor projects
d. Manage and perform UAT for product Initiatives or Fixes and client request enhancments
e. Ensure proper documentations of through out the project including UAT test results and preparation of user guide and conducting user training
f. Provide Updates to Senior Management on project delivery schedule, and articulate delivery blockers and provide strategic solution
g. Work with Business Product managers and Users on operationalization of initiatives
h. Coordinate with Users and Technology on Delivery and business live verification
i. Management of production issues with Users and Technology, from UAT to delivery of fixes
j. Management of project schedule with Technology partners
k. Provide prompt updates/escalation to management/stakeholders
2. Review and liaise with Regional Risk team and location operations on risk reviews & reporting for SFS products
3. Liaise with Regional Risk Team, location operations and the regional SFS team on any risk issues or events identified/ reported. Review on root cause and remedial actions.
4. Monitor annual ISAE audit project for all the SFSO countries
5. Manage BCP review, planning and exercises
6. Co-ordinate and liaise with Finance and SFSO locations on annual GSSIB and consolidate regional reporting to Finance
