Partners with Product Owner and business SMEs to collect business requirements, define effective process, work with UX team to prepare wireframe for UI and perform in-dept requirement analysis
Works in close collaboration with business counterparts, domain SME’s, application owners to elicit business requirements, supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options, and articulates impacts and risks, as identified, ensure consistent use and implementation of processes
Responsible for preparation of test cases, defining UAT entry and exit criteria, and coordinating UAT in collaboration with various stakeholders, including project managers, upstream support teams, Finance users, etc
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy according to the project scope and impact to EPMS and participate in UAT along with finance user testing.
Maintains all required documentation related to data flow, the design and process changes to a high standard for audit readiness
Transit the managed project into BAU mode by working with BAU team closely and transferring of knowledge to the BAU team
Job requirement:
Degree in Banking, Computer Science or Engineering-related field
Minimum 5 years' relevant in Finance and MIS reporting and data analysis in financial services industry
Broad knowledge of banking products, general ledger, finance processes
Experience in project rollouts and change management in the finance and banking industry
Experience in working with diverse stakeholders Technology team
