Job description 

Job Scope:

1. Handle customer (Internal / External) issues and inquires and provide appropriate solution and accurate, valid and complete information. Follow up to ensure resolution within SLA

2. Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary to resolve customer issues.

3. Provide support on Corporate Banking Platform (IDEAL 3 and Mobile App) and associated products on platform (Cash, Loans, Trade, OCOE, Partner bank, etc) and Corporate Connectivity Solutions (IDEAL Connect and IDEAL RAPID).

4. Provide support on IDEAL forms inquires / clarification / rejections.

5. Follow internal procedure, guidelines, and maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer and colleagues at all times.

6. Any other task assigned.
