Job description

1. Responsible for business finance activities covering secured lending products such as mortgage and auto loans

2. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular management reviews

3. Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking

4. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

5. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with budgets and forecasts

6. Work closely with business partners to develop and launch new products

7. Provide accounting advisory to business and operations for accurate financial reporting

8. Ensure strong control environment and enable continuous process improvements

9. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards

Additional Skills

1. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
2. Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Accountancy or a Finance related discipline
3. Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
4. High proficiency in financial modelling techniques and strong fluency with Excel functions
5. Excellent analytical and data gathering skills
6. Highly numerate with strong problem-solving skills
7. Meticulous with attention to detail
