We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations, business development, sales, and product. This role requires a committed individual who can thrive in a dynamic and intense environment. You will play a critical role in driving our company's growth through strategic initiatives, innovative solutions, and effective branding.

Responsibilities

• Contact, engage, and build long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, agencies, associations and ecosystem stakeholders

• Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration between business-operations-technical and product requirements

• Plan and execute GTM strategies for various target markets and industries to increase revenue, customer base, and market share.

• Enhance the company’s branding, and reputation through various initiatives

• Keep up to date with the latest relevant industry-related landscape

• Formulate and craft solution proposals for various opportunities

• Create marketing content and materials to create industry awareness and Increase company branding through various outbound campaigns or initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a startup or tech company.

• Deep understanding of the heavy industries sector and B2B enterprise customers.

• Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• High level of initiative and proactive mindset.

• Team player with a low ego and a strong collaborative spirit.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and coordination skills.

• Quick learner who takes initiative and is resourceful with minimal guidance.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or video analytics is a plus.
