Jobs Description
1. To provide support in defect management including follow-up with users and Tech support teams.
2. Plan, collaborate and coordinate with users and technology teams on user acceptance test (UAT) and live verification (LV) for fixes and regression testing support.
3. To prepare, execute and document test cases completed during UAT and LV.
4. To create and maintain parameters based on user requests
5. To participate in selected system enhancement or improvement initiatives
6. LV on weekend and wee hours are common
